Do you need a detailed Year-to-date Earning Statement or
This pay period non-detailed Earning Statement?

For detailed statement choose the VL150 (for laser printer) or VC150 (for impact printer)

VL150- Extra Large Voucher on Top, size: Laser 8.5"x11"

For non-detailed statement choose VL103,107 for laser printer or VC103,107 for impact printer

VL103 - Unimprinted Voucher on Bottom, size: Laser 8.5"x11"

VL107 - Unimprinted Voucher Top and Bottom, size: Laser 8.5"x11"
